Bhavita has over 15 years of experience communicating with various clients; from commercial, business, private and retail. She has a strong background in customer service and her journey began working for RBS branches before moving to their specialised banking sector of mortgages. In her career, she has a gained a thorough understanding of a high street lender’s procedures and then progressed on to specialist property finance within a brokerage, advising on second charges.

Bhavita has broad knowledge in banking, compliance and protection and is currently expanding her learning as she works towards DipPFS qualification.

She is approachable, friendly and takes pride in helping clients with their biggest financial outgoing and gives them peace of mind by helping them protect what is important to them. She believes this is the true foundation of building long-lasting relationships.
